Having driven digital strategy for numerous Fortune 500/1000 clients, Michelle’s broad mastery of all things in the online space is second to none. With a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the UC Irvine Department of Informatics, and a BFA from Art Center College of Design, she is uniquely qualified to command both the art and the science of digital marketing.
Throughout her career, Michelle has implemented her insights-driven design approach serving (then) startups like Red Envelope and Blue Nile as well as world-leaders like Google, Toyota, Oracle, Disney, Transamerica and Qantas Airlines.
Michelle is adamant about volunteering, and working pro bono with microfinance institutions and with small business entrepreneurs.
